Incoming 7th & 8th "Middle School Prep" Clinics with optional Stay and Serve Clinics 

for Incoming 7th & 8th Grade Athletes Only

Our Middle School Prep Clinics are designed specifically to prepare your athlete for the upcoming middle school season.  Athletes will move through stations.  Each station will focus on a specific skill or potential tryout drill.  Each night concludes with helpful tryout tips and strategies! We have designed these 6 clinics to work as a series of clinics or as stand alone clinics for those who are not available for all 6. Our staff of experienced coaches will help your athlete go into tryouts both prepared and confident! 

Also, back by popular demand are our 30 minute "Stay and Serve" sessions designed for anyone struggling to consistently overhand serve.  Serving is a key aspect of your athlete's success in middle school volleyball!

 Locations:  Clinics will be held at Eaton HS, Byron Nelson HS and Northwest HS.

5th Grade 8 Week Instructional Volleyball League

Both beginners and intermediate players will be challenged in this league. Our unique formula of 40 minutes of instruction followed by 40 minutes of match play provides the opportunity for our athletes to immediately implement what they just learned in practice!

  • Mondays 6:00—7:20pm

  • Located at Northwest High School (2301 Texan Drive, Justin, TX 76247)

  • Regulation court used with lighter ball (Volley-lite). Serving line and net height is adjusted for skill level.

  • Experienced coaching staff. Coach remains with the same team throughout league.

  • All teams learn a 4-2 offense.

  • Sign up as an individual or together as a group of friends.

6th Grade 8 Week Instructional Volleyball League
